The new J2Ex "Take Charge of Your Mindset!" (TCYM) class was launched at Antananarivo business school ISCAM on 19 August with 2nd year students. Facilitated by Fela Razafiarison with the assistance of Nantenaina Razafindradama, students soon realized that this class was not going to be "business as usual". It is, after all, all about developing and strengthening a growth mindset. Along the way, students will hone their curiosity and practice a number of other skills central to their personal development.
